Hello! I’m Noel

Kinesiologist, Reflexologist and CranioSacral Therapist

I am married to Mary with two teenage sons, Dara and Sean. As an Electrician, I experienced chronic back pain from working on building sites. Allied to this, I had multiple injuries in the course of my hurling career. I came to realise that conventional treatments were about pain management versus tackling the underlying issues and causes.

I decided to look further, and this journey led to me coming into contact with Craniosacral Therapy, Kinesiology and Reflexology. The treatments helped to relieve many of my issues affording me a much higher pain-free quality of life for most of my time. My experience with these treatments led me to train and become qualified in the last ten years in Craniosacral therapy, Kinesiology and most recently, Reflexology. In turn, I have a new career where I have the privilege of working with adults and children to help them in so many areas of their health and wellbeing.

My consultation fees:

Craniosacral therapy = €80 per hour

Kinesiology = €80 per hour

Reflexology = €70 per hour
